It's been a good start of the year for all of us as I proudly announce that Ms Shalini has been awarded with the esteemed Brands Academy Business & Service Excellence Award 2012 on the 07th January at Gurgaon.

The Business & Service Excellence Awards was awarded to our Director, Ms. Shalini Nambiar for Excellence in Education by Mr. Shashi Tharoor. Brands Academy is one of India's leading brand management and consulting companies. They organized the Business & Service Excellence Awards Ceremony to felicitate North India's leading service organizations and professionals, who have displayed exemplary excellence in their respective fields.

Ms. Shalini Nambiar has been in the forefront of providing education with a difference here at Excelsior. She is a great teacher and a motivation to all her teachers and staff. Ms. Shalini joined the education industry after noticing a loophole in the teaching system where the focus was on developing 'IITians'. Students were in constant fear of getting 'the desired marks' as if not achieved the students future will be doomed. In my few months of knowing Ms. Shalini I can say that education is her passion. Her aim for the children here at Excelsior is for them to dream big, to compete with themselves and not with others as they are unique, to fear nothing as they are invincible.
